How much does shipping cost?

We're proud to say that KUMA Stationery & Crafts provides FREE tracked shipping to over 100 countries worldwide!

Tracking numbers are provided via email shortly after your items have been shipped.

The processing time is approximately 1-5 business days, sometimes this can be affected due to stock availability and/or National holidays. 

Please note: Your order may arrive in multiple packages. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, we will not charge you extra for each shipment.

Tracking is not given for orders under £5.

My order has not arrived, what should I do?

Don't worry, all items that have not arrived within 90 days since the time you order qualify for our reship guarantee. Alternatively, you can request for a refund.
